Dining Bar – Tea Room

Come and relax in our long-standing vaulted wine cellars.

Located on the Alsacian wine route, halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg, La Maison ZEYSSOLFF blends wines and small-scale dining in its new “wine space” : come and unwind over a cup of tea with friends in one of the family’s oldest wine cellars.

Come and relax and drink tea with friends, in one of the old vaulted cellars of the House. This century-old place has passed through the ages, for today, through this experience, make you live a singular moment.

If you want to relax with friends or family, come and discover our completely renovated vaulted wine cellar, harmonizing soft music, tranquility and indulgence, or simply have a coffee on our new terrace… You will find a wide selection of drinks : Nespresso coffees, MONBANA hot chocolates or frappés, as well as a variety of ALAIN MILLIAT juices… not to mention the coffees, teas and luxurious hot chocolates, that are all house specialities.

Allow yourself to be carried away for a while in our “wine bar” area. You have a little hunger, from Thursday to Sunday, continuously, we offer a small catering, simple, without fuss but always with fresh and quality products!

You can find our range of wines by the glass accompanied by cheese, fish and charcuterie boards…Or why not warm up for a little while with some Alsatian knacks !

A small bibeleskaes (Alsatian cottage cheese) will perfectly complement the formula.

IMMERSIVE DINING ROOM

You want to spend a unique and magical moment at the same time: let yourself be transported out of time in our new tasting room -100% immersive catering. Lounge music and images projected on the wall will transport you for a meal in OUR universe, or intermingle wine and tourism… You can find our range of wines by the glass accompanied by rustic and local cuisine.

Why not warm up for a little while with a “good” homemade soup or pie formula! Suggestions of the moment will complete our menu over the seasons…

Why a Wine Space ?

Passionate about travelling and and architecture, Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF have visited many family-owned wine cellars, many of them showing exceptional originality. All have a common aim : to democratise one of the most beautiful parts of French heritage : wine. Wineries are no longer solely used as a work tool, but also as a place of exchange where the story of wine is told through a familial and regional history.

We want to «democratize the world of wine» too often associated with sommellerie; by allowing everyone to pass the door of a cellar without apriori. We also receive more and more school groups, one of our greatest pride. We want to bring not only cultural richness to our visitors but also emotional.
