La Maisonnette is an air-conditioned 75m² cottage, suitable for 4 people and located in an independent maisonette, in the ZEYSSOLFF courtyard. It is heated by individual electric heating. The exposed bleached beams with pearl grey hues make it an authentic and modern cottage. On the ground floor, a living room with a TV, sofa, and armchair invite you to wind down. On the first floor, a bedroom overlooking a mezzanine encourages you to dream : it is furnished with a round 2m in diameter bed and a flat-screen TV ; a large bathroom with a shower and jets, double washbasin and toilet. On the second floor, under magnificent exposed woodwork, a second bedroom is made up of 2 single beds. 10m² PRIVATE TERRACE.

Caution : this cottage is not recommended to people of limited mobility and to young children due to the flights of stairs…

Caution : this cottage is located in semi-open spaces. It is therefore not recommended to guests who are not keen on the “loft” feel.

The Manoir restaurant and the Landsberg restaurant in Barr, 2kms away, offer traditional Alsatian specialties. Restaurants like l’Essentiel or l’Esprit Gourmand also specialise in a traditional cuisine. Or why not have a meal at the restaurant le Soleil à Valff (large outdoor terrace in summer) or the restaurant À Table d’Epfig, on the wine route?
